Pizzeria Les Cascades

I was used to Italian cuisine, and I was sceptical to the idea of a "good restaurant" of the campsite. I was wrong. we went last Friday to enjoy very good pizzas and pasta. 5 adults 2 children: the 7 plates are left empty in the kitchen. We all enjoyed and the service was of very high quality. We even made a mistake because madam didn't know what to order and made fabrizio crazy. I add that if the main dishes are very good, the dessert shop is very gourmet. shootamisu succulent.

Thought it would be the same friendly place as a few years ago. It was not. The Manager was curt if not downright impolite vis-à-vis my spouse, telling her to decide then and there because he was waiting and busy. Hello!, we're not on Times Square here, we're in La Roque-sur-Cèze. Take your time and when the food (pizza) did come, it was not exciting, not impressive and not that good. So let's give this a pass for the next time

We ate there few times while camping. Great location, and admired by locals from around. Not above price one can expect for quality, probably just too many people had budget expectation as it is part of camping ground. It is like in mountains you have place that is close to you, convenient and one always pays bit extra for convenience. Rapport between price and quality is very reasonable!

What was the best restaurant in the area two years ago is one to avoid now until it gets its act together again. I live close by and all the neighbours who were fans of the place won’t now ho. You would never suspect to get great, honest Italian food on a camping, but then you don't know this restaurant. Since this season they have great value menus with the best buffalo mozzarella and authentic pizza's. The manager Ricci, his daughter Antonia and the rest of the staff make your eat-experience complete.

We returned the next day as the place seduced us. welcome, smile and staff efficiency. This is where we come, so it is quality, taste, pleasure and authenticity. Je suis désolé de le dire mais j’ai été déçu car je ne retrouve plus cette ambiance chaleureuse qu’est l’accueil à l’italienne dont j’avais souvenir l’an passé. La carte est trop réduite 3 entrées et plus de Barolo. Quel dommage d’avoir un restaurant qui fonctionne aussi bien mais qui a perdu son âme

Called in after an afternoon at the Cascades and were lucky to be seated. Outstanding food. My main course of truffle ravioli was easily in my top 5 all time Italian restaurant experiences. Quite a surprise for a campsite restaurant. Service was super friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to go back. Reserva una mesa ahora

Bon accueil, bon cocktail et super original. On a commandé des antipasti de charcuterie qui étaient très bonne et bien servi. Par contre les fritures étaient bonne mais je trouve qu il n y en avait pas assez et trop de salade

The pizza tonno had not much tonno, and it had to go back because the pasta carbonara arrived much later. The pasta was oke. We had a hasty waiter, no appology for the return of the pizza. Not a recommender.
