we had dinner five. from the crispy pizza, piccata milanese, noodles with calf carving to the 300g cordonbleu everything was well done to very well. the quality is consistently good and the portions are abundant! the menu is extensive and you can also choose from different menus. on the day there were also fresh sea fish in the offer! we were very happy. the service is friendly and attentive. the chef is looking by himself. the ambiente is bright and modern. there is the buoyant restaurant when you come in and a dense room at the back where the white table prevails. no great local but you feel very comfortable. we're coming back, thank you!
I and my partener have been going to eat there for some time, at least once the week. we are very fond of the high quality and qualitatiw good Italian cuisine, which we otherwise miss in Switzerland. we like to visit the restaurant to enjoy the flair from an Italian trattoria and let us pamper. the price-performance ratio is outstandingly good. eating is heavenly and fresh. the choice is not exaggerated, so you can be sure that eating is freshly prepared. The flamboyed penne, prepared in the large Parmesan cheese, taste best. an experience that is worth every week. in addition, special wishes are implemented without problems.
after many years we were once again in mazzini eating and were thrilled. the selection of Italian food is huge, so we could hardly decide. Finally we raise ourselves for salat as an appetizer and (fresher) seezunge on lemon sauce or piccata milanese with spaghetti al pomodoro decided. it was very authentic and delicious. the service was attentive and nice. we will definitely go back to mazzini. as they also offer half or child portions, we will also take the children.
the mazzini has a good name in grenchen, so I was glad to be invited there. the menu one was ok but nothing special. the service a little sweaty, which didn't come well with me. also the second time 8 days later unfortunately confirmed the operation as at the first time, the menu two was better and smacky. I will certainly go back to the mazzini, but that has to do with the quality of the competitors.........being not so blessed with good local to eat.

We ordered a lasagna and a dish of pasta. the taste of these two dishes was very good, but during the service the lasagne arrived burning and boiled in are flat (with a presentation to improve) and the dish of pasta was much too salty (because the cook was in love according to the server.) if not the service is correct, without more, and the typical decoration of a traditional Italian restaurant.
I was there with my wife and it was top. luigi the chef recommended us fresh fish, which was just delicious...I had with kartoffels and my wife with Risotto...beides absolutely good...It also said that we should not order any appetizers, because the fish is great...Very happy again.The sweet thing that was served was also awesome.
