Room for improvement. We chose this place because of the Neapolitan certification and the alleged 3rd place at the international pizza competition. Taste was just not there. The pizza was not airy enough, nor crispy enough, nor does it have enough toppings. The water tasted like plastic but props to the waiter for changing to bottled without upcharging us. Perhaps its the lack of training, perhaps its only the dix30 location, but for now, i will recommend you look elsewhere for good italian pizza that tastes more authentic on the south shore. Although it wasn't my first time dining at this restaurant chain, it was my first visit to the Brossard location. Overall, the service was commendable and the pizzas were delicious. However, I did notice that the pizzas were a bit too watery compared to the ones I've had at the Laval branch. Additionally, the restaurant in Brossard is smaller in size. The food was very good. However, my boyfriend didn't get what he ordered and we had to call the waitress back to our table several times because she didn't write down what we ordered. The pizzas are excellent, I suggest the 5 extra olive mushrooms, which me and my girlfriend discovered thanks to Audrey's excellent service, as well as the Smoked Meat. Took a reservation before a show at l’Étoile and were greeted by friendly staff. The buratta was good, the cesar salad just okay. The prices are a little high for what you get but maybe next time we’ll actually try the pizza. The décor is adorable,a nice restaurant overall.
Polpette is really great, both bread and sausage are beyond my expectations! The pizza bread is soft and crispy! The price is not that expensive, two guys could share one pizza, around 15-20 dollar per person.
