We rarely ate such a bad pasta. The ingredients were very inferior. In addition to my penne Arrabiata, I wanted to have anchovies but they weren't in. However, there was a surcharge of 1.5 euros for non-existing anchovies. On request, I was told that 50 grams of anchovy were in it. It wasn't like that. I was still allowed to pay for the non-existent ingredients. I also have to say that we had to wait 50 minutes for our food. It wasn't much going on and we weren't informed by the waiter either. Probably the cook came a little later. But I think you should inform the guest.
