I had ordered two pizzas from this company via delivery hero (a Ø 26cm and a Ø 28cm). However, two equally large pizzas were delivered. After this shocking realization, I measured and determined a diameter of Ø 24cm for both pizzas. In addition, Oregano and Garlic were forgotten on both pizzas. I contacted the company by phone. The conversation was not very constructive. The criticism was not looked at and I was confirmed that sometimes there are no ingredients and this is not so bad. I don't mind a bad criticism. However, I hope that this criticism will overthink the company's attitude to its goods and to the customer.
Instead of the specified up to 40 min, we had to wait almost 90 min for 3 pizzas. Then instead of 2 large and a small pizza, two small and one large were delivered. But it was cashed for two big pizzas. On the pizza with tuna and onions were salad pieces and the salad, which had been ordered with vinegar and oil, was inedible because drowned in the cheapest, very acidic vinegar. Order better elsewhere!
