management should be backed up as the service is just lamentably catastrophic! forgotten entries and even dishes alike.2 mistakes on the recommendation of a simple pizza. Entries before the aperitif or then everything happens at the same time if nothing has been forgotten of course, my entries are often forgotten.This very often because I am a regular customer, at least I was. Too bad because the food is good and the pizza is excellent. I've been back there some time and bingo! forgotten apéro, the entries arrive and a pizza small instead of a normal and stuffed with olives while I specify "especially without the svp olives"
At first glance, Molino seems to be a fast food outlet in a suburban shopping centre, but inside it is as good as, or maybe better than some of Geneva's high street restaurants. Quieter than downtown restaurants, excellent service. Restaurant open till late long after the shopping centre closes. Outdoor seating behind the shopping centre provides a quiet area for coffee away from the main street traffic. Easy to get to and from city centre via bus or tram.
This has been several times that we have been going to Molino's home, for a short time we see that the pizzas that have been previously crispy are soft now. Sprinkled with a very medium quality grated cheese in too large quantity, the dough is not cooked and the 3/4 of the center of the pizza is wet and so soft. a terrible pizza at 30 frs.
Been there on a Saturday evening with some friends. The restaurant is located in the Thonex shopping mall, with a terrace behind it.We had the Miss Italia and Popeye pizzas. The pizzas are napolitan style: thick dough but crusty. The ingredients were fresh and of good quality.Service was excellent: fast and very friendly.

It’s not my first time but this evening confirms the impeccable welcome. We had a superb evening, an exceptional welcome, thanks to Maxime, Benjamin and Renata. Many of us came with children… they were extremely attentive to our children… we had a great time! Thank you again and see you soon!
My latte macchiato is served to me cold with a dirty spoon, I call the waitress who tells me that in Italy, they drink it lukewarm..... She takes my latte macchiato and comes back 5 minutes later after putting it in the microwave....surprising and aberrant
The menu card is not varied enough and the prices of the menus as well as drinks are excessive for a place like the molino, too bad because the atmosphere is at the top. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
The dishes are good but the value for money unfortunately not. There are other restaurants that can offer similar dishes for a more modest budget. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
