Pizzeria Salerno 2 To Go

We had a coupon. We have heard good and poor reviews and decided to take our coupon and take our chances. Nice meal, good pasta, good pizza. Wine was surprisingly good for the relatively inexpensive price. We had a second coupon and went back. Not quite cheap eats, but better than average in the price range.

Since I lived RIGHT NEXT DOOR, I was somewhat of a regular customer. I especially loved their pasta dishes (ueberbacken mit Kaese) and the calzone. Some of my friends stopped over just to pick up salads because they were just that good absolutely delicious.

I used to eat here once a week back in 1994. 23 years later it's still as delicious as ever! Great food in a wonderful German vineyard village. An absolute must if you are in the Frankfurt area!
