Una tarde soleada y un estómago hambriento no van bien juntos, así que decidí comer algo y encontré este lugar en Borken. En realidad, mi intención no era italiana, pero cuando pasé por las mesas bajo el sol, simplemente me detuve ... y decidí lo que sea, no iré a ningún otro lado. Ahora, cuando llegó el menú, era obvio la variedad italiana estándar, Pizze e Pasti ... pero luego vi el menú diario y vi la pasta con porcini, filete de ternera y parmesano y tenía mi decisión establecida. Cuando llegó el plato, me sorprendió su tamaño e inmediatamente lo comí. Un equilibrio perfecto entre la pasta y el sugo con los champiñones, la ternera y el parmesano dando una agradable composición deliciosa y abundante al mismo tiempo. Sin embargo, todavía tenía un poco de espacio y algo de apetito, así que me decidí por el Sabayone asado con fresas frescas. Una vez más, muy delicioso, pero o el cocinero no prestó suficiente atención o el Sabayone no se tomó demasiado bien las fresas tostadas, todavía quedaba algo de mezcla líquida en el fondo. Como dije, estaba delicioso, pero esto eliminó lo suficiente la calificación como para que toda la comida obtuviera estrellas. A sunny late afternoon and a hungry stomach don't go well together so I decided to had for some food and came across this place in Borken. Actually my itention wasn't for Italiana but when I passed the tables in the sun, I just stopped and decided whatever, I am not going anywhere else.Now when the menu arrived, it was obvious the standard Italian range, Pizze e Pasti... but then I saw the daily menu and spotted the pasta with porcini, filet of beef and Parmesan and had my decision set. When the dish arrived I was surprised by its size and immediatly dug into it. A perfect balance between pasta and sugo with the mushrooms, beef and parmesan giving a nice composition - delicious and filling at the same time.Nevertheless I still had a little bit of room and some appetite left so I decided for the roasted Sabayone with fresh strawberries. Again, very delicious but either the cook didn't pay enough attention or the Sabayone didn't take the roasting/strawberries too well, there was some liquid mixture still at the bottom.As I said it was delicious but this just scraped enough off the rating that the whole meal got 4 stars.Main course 4.5, service 4.5, location 4.5 but then the dessert wasn't 5 for sure so it's a 4, sorry.

I still had a little bit of space and an appetit remained, so I decided for the roasted sabayone with fresh strawberries. also here, very tasty, but either the cook did not pay enough attention or the sabayone did not take too well the fryinges/grabbles, there were still some liquid mix on the floor. as I said it was delicious, but that just has enough of the evaluation that the whole meal will get stars. main course service location, but then the dessert was not safe, so it is a bad one.
