Pizzeria Toscana - Reserva de mesa

It was probably the first and last time we ordered something there. We have an order by phone via two pizzas to pick up. We were informed that we can pick up our order in 45min. So good. After 45min we were there and paid the order. We've got too little back money, can happen. Shortly addressed and the error was corrected. But now the real thing: despite the previous telephone order and a pick-up time, we had another 30min!!! Wait here. It is not possible! If we hadn't paid, we would have gone! A nice gesture would have been to apologise in any way or bring a small compensation to the waiters, but it seems to me that the waiting for previously ordered food is probably everyday. Previously was really good, meanwhile has come to a her-precedent-1,5-hour-up-her-food snack. Price goes high and quality unfortunately down. Very bad.
