En dos ocasiones he pedido pizza para que me la trajeran a domicilio y ambas veces llegaron media hora tarde, y la pizza estaba fría, si no más fría. La primera vez no dije nada porque el repartidor se disculpó diciendo que se había perdido. En esta segunda ocasión, especifiqué en la nota del pedido online lo que había sucedido anteriormente y que suponía que ya conocían bien la ubicación. Les pedí que, si había algún problema, no dudaran en llamarme, pero no me llamaron y volvieron a hacer lo mismo.
