The dough is rarely worked. I only know one of the same craftsmen in Grasse, a Neapolitan. I can't do anything but always order the same pizza, it's terrible. The welcome is very nice too. There are only a few places inside, that's why it is very nice to taste outside. All my admiration for the Cheffe and her daughter who work costs in the heat of the oven! I'm shocked by the slanderous accusations of racism! Scandalous and totally false! I recommend testing this restaurant, but unfortunately, you will not be able to satisfy yourself with the production of an ordinary pizzaiolo. That's the price!
