Solid food (in every sense of the word), pleasant service, but cacophonously loud interior. Pj's Pancake House is in a relatively narrow storefront, and, if particularly if you're seated toward the back, the walls are hard, the ceiling low and the voices around you booming. Major case of the cocktail party phenomenon in terms of the sound. We did enjoy our breakfast, but it's the first time I've ever resorted to putting in one noise canceling headphone because I was getting a headache.

Lot's of fun local stories about this place with Princeton and Westminster both located here. Carve your name in the table! It's a staple. Food is okay to good. Portion size is average to smallish. The flavor is good and clean. I haven't had anything that is a standout. Having said that it is consistent and most people will have a meal they enjoy. The service has been excellent every time I've been here. A solid, but unremarkable choice.

There’s a reason why they have been a staple in Princeton for decades Best pancake menu and execution is spot on. My favorites are the Rum Coconut and the Blueberry pancakes. Great coffee too I highly recommend PJ’s on Nassau Street

Pancakes were good, but don’t order the mediterranean omelette. It was like they just dumped a whole bag of frozen spinach in the middle, and it was a big limp soggy mess that flooded the plate. Reserva una mesa ahora

Casual eatery with the best pancakes!! Lots of different flavor pancakes you can get and you can order 1, 2, or 3 pancakes so you can mix and match if you want.

First time in twenty years and not much has chanced and still the most expensive breakfast joint anywhere. Nothing on the menu is a must try
