My date and I were immediately taken in by the vibrant energy of the place, and the warm smiles from the staff made us feel right at home. We settled into large, comfortable chairs, and I appreciated the well-designed layout of the restaurant, which felt inviting and lively rather than empty. We often drive by this place in North Riverside and finally decided to try it out. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the character of the restaurant; it’s picturesque, cozy, and features a full bar. On Wednesday, I ordered Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly cooked and roasted. I’m on a diet but decided to give the green chicken enchiladas a shot. While they weren't as spicy as my wife's, they were still delicious, and the beans and rice were authentically prepared. The service was excellent as well. I’m looking forward to going back for brunch!

The staff is fantastic, and the food and cocktails are incredible; it's the best brunch I've ever had! The owner, who is also the chef, clearly takes pride in his cooking, and it shows in every dish. He graciously came out to meet me when I requested, and he made an effort to connect with all the other tables as well, building a great rapport with his customers. Its a mix of traditional and modern mexican dishes. They have modified their menu due to the pandemic yet they offer great drinks with mexican tequila, mezcal and wines. Love their decor. Start with their wing they are not wings) and carnitas appetizer BBQ ribs with a mexican chile guajillo sauce). Love it. I brought a friend later and we had desserts. I was told they have brunch on Sundays.

that is Mexican eating on another level. Do not have to go west la or the valley to get seriously delicious next-gen flavors. they are here in riverside. big wee from mexiko are an additional bonus. everything we tasted was delicious and I can rarely say that over a restaurant. if nancy is her server, the experience is even better.

I have been wanting to eat here for a while. The food was inexpensive, and the portions were worth the cost. The drinks. The drinks were the best they have some very fun choices and it looks like a full bar. We went for brunch on a Sunday and it was low-key the ambiance was nice and the service was great

Fresh food, nice flavors, friendly service, local friendly, and a good variety on the menu. Would be a fun date night venue. When we were there they had stand up comedy. Nice patio area.
