This was my first and last visit. I ordered a burrito, and the experience was terrible. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. When I asked to remove the rice I initially chose, she rudely threw it away, with most of it ending up on the floor. She then opened a new burrito, filled it with meat, and didn’t even ask if I wanted any veggies or other toppings. Everything she added, like the jalapeños, was placed haphazardly and all on one side. The burrito tasted bad, and the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely disappointing.
Just a warning! Not the restaurant’s fault, but there’s an issue with the app where using “order it again” from previous orders, gets you the exact same burrito, whereas the “order again?” popup when you go via your favourites makes the same order but with all the options removed. Me and my girlfriend have been having plan burrito on special occasions for months but today got a pair of burritos with nothing but chicken in, and of course at 14 quid per burrito we can’t afford to reorder.
Ordered on Ubereats and food was well presented and enjoyable. However I felt the salsa, guacamole and sour cream were really quite tasteless and were all basically interchangable, unless a spicy salsa where you could taste the heat. Everything was fresh and ok and my fault for adding these 3 sauces on all my items (nachos, burrito and tacos) but yeah just dulled the tastes unfortunately for my preference.
Only downside is waiting time, I waited 40 mins for my order and only one person was serving she looked so stressed as they were around 10 people waiting (delivery drivers and some walk in customers). It was clear that you can't manage everything alone at busy times and should have second person on the counter always to avoid delays and smooth flow

Was served by Amber and Nadia both were brilliant, everything tasted good, seats were clean and the actual kitchen area bit was spotless aswell despite the amount of takeaway orders coming through. Cheaper and nicer to go in person than on any app.
Got sent all the way to Plan Burrito in Loughborough from Coalville to pick up a couple of burritos for dinner and I’d do it again. Food was spot on, will definitely be coming back. Friendly staff, no complaints from me.
Delicious. Went as a family for super quick dinner before the cinema. Ordered beef brisket burrito meal deals and a kids' burrito meal deal. Can't wait to go back.
Favourite hang out place with my daughter while she was at Uni in Loughborough. Yummy burritos and irresistible disco beats

I paid for extra beef but I did not get that much extra and a portion of the beef was fat
