Arrived 10 minutes early for our reservations. Seated immediately, which originally thought was great but after being seated noticed that 80% of restaurant was empty. Now being a Friday night in Vegas the emptiness was not a good sign. After being seated we waited for 10 minutes with not a single “ welcome, I’ll be right with you”. No acknowledgment at all. Looking around noticed the few tables that were seated didn’t have any food either and were still waiting for their drinks and good. When we saw the place was mostly empty we should have left. Dirty not an atmosphere you expect if you have been to other Planet Hollywood locations. Server was fast and great but he only had our table and one other. Food was less than mediocre. Will not be back
what a disappointment. my daughter chose it and it was just sad. barely someone there on a Saturday evening in vegas even with a terrace above the strip. should have been our first note. bad service, ambiente is not existent t. like 5 pieces film memorabilia .
Disgusting and rude staff, table wasn’t ready, no help with wifi code to view menu, no staff in sight apart from two members stood talking to each other laughing and joking for 17 mins whilst we Were waiting for a drinks order to be taken! Avoid at all costs

Terrible décor hasn’t changed since 4 years ago, no ambience or atmosphere. Cold and soulless all the sparkle has gone. Pre-paid dinner was limited but the burger was tasty. Aircon was viscous so my chips were by the time I finished them. Such a shame.
Great restaurant we always enjoy planet Hollywood as usual lots of large servings, had the house Pinot wine and surprised to see it was a full litre. Server was very good in trendy surroundings good family meal
We really enjoyed our experience at Planet Hollywood from the ambiance to the service, everything was great. Our group of 19 had no problem getting in together and enjoying a nice dinner together.
So hot. Restaurant is great but there is no AC within there control so you will roast. It really ruined our meal and too be honest I feel like you should just go somewhere else

The food was tasty but not that warm, and our waitress was not very attentive. There was also no atmosphere at all. For the cost we were disappointed.
Food was good but not hot. Place was clean and service was good.
