An casual guest of the hotel, I met a misadventure this WE. Indeed, our pizzas had been given to another client. However, the proposal made by Planet Pizzas was to wait for the customer to bring the pizzas (one of which was already started) to get them back: not very “compatible VID” as a situation.... In itself, the error is human and is not serious; I am, on the other hand, very disappointed by the absence of a commercial gesture proposal to try to catch up with the error that is not my fact (such as making pizzas in emergency for example) .... my evening went without pizza!
