an order placed via the internet and confirmed by e-mail at 7:45 pm for a delivery at 8:28 pm.... first call results at 8:48 pm to find out where we were ordering it. for answer, problem with a pounder who had an accident, we should be delivered in 5 minutes. After three more calls every 20 minutes, we finally tell us that the order just left at 9:56. At 22:02 the delivery man arrives... he misses half the order. 22:10 the rest of the order arrives. as a commercial gesture a can and an ice...A lack of inexcusable professionalism. For more than an hour we were told that the delivery man was coming in five minutes... to finally confess that it was a lie at 9:56... without a joke?

The other restaurants of the nearby communes deliver on time, while we live on a marne and it is expensive. today a new delivery with soy sauce that poured into the bag and everything is sticky. planet sushi is a string, the quality is correct but the one of nogent on marne beats records of nullity!!!Erreur on orders, lacks sauces or baguettes and delivery times delurant and the must: welcome on the phone! we get a little bit engrosed, people don't understand what we're asking, uncompromising at the best and especially after a claim I'm still waiting for a return from them!So I don't recommend this restaurant, go to sushi shop you'll be less disappointed
we go there when there's nothing in the refrigerator, the chirashi menu with soup and cabbage salad is impeccable, it's not very expensive. However, the place is cold (blue windows and shades) and especially the phone keeps ringing for the take-away orders, it's horripilant. Correct service without more.

wide range of dishes. dishes are good and original but especially delicious. pleasant staff. reasonable price
