Plant Based Heat Memphis

Food is great and is your best bet for vegan options in Memphis. Taking off a star due to rude service from every cashier I've encountered other than the owner himself who is very sweet and the state of the restaurant itself. I recommend getting takeout and ordering ahead of time online to cut down on the hour long wait that is typical of this place. Whenever the owner isn't present it looks like the rest of the staff just decides to not clean the tables off at all and let ketchup and ranch stains litter the surfaces. No AC so expect fans. If you have an aversion to vinegar smells you're better off not ordering anything with buffalo hot on it. The seasoning on the fries is good and anything...

The customer service and dining experience here are excellent! The owner is very present and actively involved, and the staff receives thorough training. Everyone is knowledgeable about the menu and can provide helpful suggestions if needed. Although I'm not a vegetarian, I'm trying to eat meatless one or two days a week. I particularly enjoy the burgers, wings, and well-seasoned large fries. The prices are slightly higher, but that's to be expected for the quality offered. I highly recommend supporting this local Black-owned business. There are parking spaces available in the back, and service is prompt.

If you're a vegan and somehow end up in Memphis, GO HERE! Probably one of the better vegan comfort food places I've been to! The staff was SUPER friendly and got our orders out right away! We ordered the Red Pepper Hot Vegan Wings, Red Pepper Hot Buffalo Cauliflower, and Oyster Mushrooms as our entrees, and if you like heat, get the Red Pepper Hot! We got the Max and Cheese, Cole Slaw, and Fries as sides which were also amazing. And the Fries were already seasoned which was a plus! They also have pre sliced cake which is BOMB! 10 10 would recommend!!

Delicious plant based food! You won't miss meat! The owner is very friendly and came and spoke with us about his journey. We were there for two hours and it was a steady crowd the entire time. I discovered this restaurant on Facebook, and my wife and I decided to give it a try on September 24, 2022. We ordered the Jack Obst barbecue and the Beyond Fleischburger, and we were not disappointed at all. We'll definitely be returning!

I visited for the first time and was very pleased with both the food and the service. There were plenty of options to choose from, but I particularly enjoyed the plant-based Philly cheesesteak, which was delicious and filling.
