I've always loved Platzki, one of the best places in Manchester for me. However I have to be honest and say that service has gone drastically downhill lately. Took a long time to take our order (despite the place being quiet), not much explanation was given. During the wait a waitress moved a table and broke a glass just next to us, didn't even look at us to either apologize or smile. Our waitress didn't seem to understand the order at first but never asked, came back with the wrong order, never even tried to apologize (if something blamed us for it) and then took quite a long time to fix it (the second main arrived after mine was finished). I had a lovely experience at Platzki; service was accomodating, informative and very friendly. The food was presented beautifully and comforting with generous portions.The restaurant, itself, was like a little green oasis!

Food never disappoints… my only issue last night was that we both had a pork dish which was delicious but far too much for us both to manage after 2 really tasty starters ….so there wasn’t any room for deserts!

Amazing food and beautifully presented. Friendly staff. Wine on the expensive side but option to buy a 125ml glass. Eould definitely visit again to try the rest of the menu. Reserva una mesa ahora
