I’m 50 and it’s my first ever review of a restaurant. After realizing that some people that arrived after us got their meals and ours still was not coming after 45 minutes, my wife asked me to find out if her salad was still not done she would prefer to cancel. I saw our waitress inside the restaurant putting pizzas into the oven, so I went in to find out about our order. When I approached her and asked for her attention a really rude bold man me asked “what do you want”, when I made my request he said in a very arrogant voice “ you already ordered “. Then he went into the bar and point to a couple of salads that where already ready and ordered another waitress to bring them to us and sudden...

We ordered two salads and one pasta. We waited for half an hour, seeing serving dinner to other tables arriving later than us. We asked for the food, and I have asked to cancel my salad if the chef has not prepared yet. The chef was very rude, saying he was not sorry. After 5 mins they brought us the salad, and 5 more mins brought us a very dry pasta. Very bad attitude from the chef to a customer, have not see such bad attitude in long time. It is a shame.

Very very rude! Which is very strange for Zug! And to top it off the food is terrible. Would never recommend this place. Don't ruin your visit by going there.

Sad crappy food and impatient waiter. The view is pleasant and if it were not fot the cute town and the location, this place would not survive.

Best Pizza in town for me. Service was perfect and nothing took too long.The location was also perfect right next to the sea
