I don’t normally write reviews but after several bad experiences here I decided I had to. Let me start with saying that the men that work here have been great with customer service and product, every experience with them has been great and the bowls turn out beautiful. However, almost every girl I’ve had to deal with here has either had a nasty attitude and/or messed up my order. Every other time I go they miss items that I have paid extra for and give me an attitude when I come back to ask for said missing items. Unfortunately there is not another location close to me otherwise I would not come back to this location again.
Ordered two açaí bowls to go. The proportion of açaí to granola was basically 1:1, where it used to be closer to 2:1. Asked for extra strawberries as got less than I normally would get. I used to frequent Playa Bowls on a regular basis, but over the years they have started to skimp on their toppings. Might just start making my own at home, I could probably do better.
Very rude staff. Wrote a review on our experience there last night on Google. I never like writing bad reviews but finally had to because this is a common occurrence each time we go in there. I live in town and love acai bowls but come on…fix this problem already. ???
Excellent service from the employees and a delicious playa bowl as expected !! 4 stars to get the managers attention to increase staffing during rush hours and fix the AC issue to make this a 5 star experience !!!

While the Dragonberry Pitaya Bowl isn't my go to favorite, it's relatively low calorie compared to the açaí bowl, and it's tasty! I'd recommend to anyone looking for a lower calorie option but still tasty.
The Pura Vida Acai Bowl is my absolute favorite! I add extra granola and peanut butter. These bowls NEVER disappoint! They always prepare the bowls with love and I can tell in every bite!
This store always gets my order wrong when I do it online I paid 3$ extra to add Nutella and they didn't put it on. Bananas also came so mushy and overripe. Ridiculous. 20$ for a bowl.
