Significantly improved—well done! On our last two visits, the music was at a nice volume, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the staff was much friendlier and made an effort to make eye contact. Previously, the loud music made it difficult to think, the staff were disengaged while taking our orders, and the overall atmosphere was quite uninviting. We had stopped dining here because of those issues, but we decided to give it another chance. I truly hope these positive changes are here to stay, as they have made a significant difference. Keep up the great work, and we’ll continue to return since my kids love the bowls and we live less than a mile away. Thank you!
I have been to this location several times in the past two months and it has not disappointed. On memorial day they closed at 10 PM and unlike other locations in this area, they open at 8 AM which is very convenient for my schedule. They make the bowls and smoothies quick so it's in and out whenever I stop by. Staff is able pleasant and so far they've had everything I've ordered.
Perfect ????Playa Bowl every time! Trust me I?m a 5 times a week patron at least. Just ask for the ?Reggie bowl?. Special shout out to the staff at Playa Bowl. I absolutely love this place! It's charming and spotless. On my first visit, I had an incredible experience with their pitaya smoothie — the flavor was outstanding. The customer service was excellent as well. I highly recommend exploring the backyard, especially if you're visiting with kids; they will have a great time!

Always amazing!! They place personal touches in our bowls. I got home and noticed my bowl and my husband's bowl had lil faces made with a sliced banana and a piece of coconut! Too cute! Perfect lil touches, is what makes them such an amazing brand!!
I had a wonderful experience with the customer service tonight! However, I have to mention that the parking situation in that area is quite frustrating.
The fruit in the bowls often tastes stale, and the pieces are too large. They really need to enhance their customer service.
