The food was excellent, and the drinks were very strong! I deducted a star for two reasons: first, the oysters were extremely small—size 4-5, which is the smallest available. Second, the host was quite rude. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, we were seated at the least desirable table on the patio. I asked to move to a better table since the one they had for us was not ideal, but the host dismissively insisted that it was the best table available. I explained that it was actually a terrible table and questioned the purpose of having a reservation if we couldn’t enjoy a nice spot. I’m really surprised that this restaurant doesn’t have closer to five stars. Came here on a whim when I was in town for business from DC. I’m a foodie so I’m very selective as to where I eat so I looked it up prior. The service was fantastic and it was time around 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I got the burrata and peach salad, which was fantastic and light and the lobster fettuccine which was amazing. I will definitely be back!

We stopped by for a family dinner one evening and thoroughly enjoyed all of the seafood dishes we ordered: ceviche, oysters, fried calamari, cioppino, and lobster bisque. Everything tasted fresh, and the cioppino had such a deep flavor that we ordered extra bread to enjoy the broth. Playa Hermosa is right next to the beach, and the service was amazing. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re craving seafood.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The security guard kicked me out, and when I asked him why, he was dismissive and disrespectful. It was really frustrating. Workers were super friendly, and the food was amazing. Me and my partner got the lobster Mac and the lobster bisque in a bread bowl and they were both incredible. No skimping on the lobster either. That with the great music and location make it an easy recommendation.

I visited this restaurant while on my way to see the pier at La La Land. My family of five enjoyed a meal there, featuring oysters, lobster pasta, and tacos. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everything we ordered was delicious.

It was pleasant to eat here enjoying the beautiful view, my order was some fish tacos and my husband had a hamburger, the presentation and the food were exquisite, the very friendly waiter Joey served us
