I rarely leave reviews, and this one isn’t focused on the food, which is quite good. However, they never seem to answer their phones. I’ve called about ten times before getting a response. On one occasion, I even had to reach out to their Melrose Park location just to find out if the Addison branch was closed. After that call, they answered right away, even though the restaurant was empty and they claimed they were extremely busy. This has been an ongoing issue long before Covid, so it’s not a pandemic-related problem. I've often had to order from other places because I get frustrated with trying to reach them. I really hope they address this problem one day.
