we stayed in the hotel that this restaurant belongs, so we thought it would be nice and comfortable to eat here. we started with a drink at the bar: a cocktail and a glass riesling champagne, but we have a cocktail. and a glass white wine instead. no problem we thought we like German weep so that that was good. as soon as we moved to the restaurant, the waiter was really rude. he avoids eye contact with us so that we had no idea whether he understood our order or not. Once again, the waiters with our drinks could make a mistake, we ordered 10cl wein and got 20 instead. And once again we thought no problem. then we got our first courses, they were in order. nothing special, nothing crazy, but...
This place looks great and had a good menu. But I would not recommend it. The personnel is average. The steaks are great, but unfortunately too salty. That ruined the experience for me. The staff didn't ask to inform of everything was good, so i...could not let them know. And it was not possible to swap the potatoes for the steak fries, so you need to order the fries as an extra. Very stupid.
We spent a lovely evening celebrating our eldest sons birthday. The bar was great with a good selection of gins (although the choice of tonic was poor only Indian which would have drowned most of the gins) We were after steak for dinner which...was perfect in the restaurant. I had mine with a lobster top very decadent! Not cheap but a great venue for a special occasion or treat.
Better late than never. I have wanted to eat in the restaurant for a long time however my experience at our Christmas parties has put me off for life. The room were nicely set up for Christmas but the buffet (preparation, taste and presentation) was...terrible. The clientele was American and European. Very poor quality. Not recommended.

Menu with very good options and high quality. Meat is amazing, with different origins (US, Australian, etc.. and outstanding quality. Special drinks and beverage are very good also, with different options, including beers and wines.
The service and quality of meals is hugely improved if you compare them with the breakfast and lunch options. The steaks are beautifully prepared and presented. One small problem: ours were over-salted. Take care when ordering!
eating is very good, the presentation of the meat is very characteristic. the waiters are incredibly rude for this type of restaurant and ruin the atmosphere of dinner. the experience is not worth it.
okey eat, but terrible service. rudest staff I've ever met! we couldn't stop eating because we were just in shock, as the waiter treated us. wish I could rate 0 stars.

we enjoyed a very good meal. the filet mignon was excellent, as well as the scallops. the service was great, and the gloomy was gross.
