Plaza Uno Grill, Port De Pollença

Great location and accommodating, friendly owner and staff. Visited twice and enjoyed our time there. The starters were superb, in particular the calimari sticks with alioli. However, it was a mixed bag on quality of mains. Good kids meals, nice fish and chicken skewers, but very poor entrecôte steak (sirloin) which had a very large amount of hard fat/grissle, accompanied by a tiny potato. The waiter did apologise but it shouldn't have left the kitchen/pass really and was clearly sub-standard. This was disappointing as the steaks had looked far better earlier this month, so maybe just bad luck or a different supplier? Definitely recommend trying it and book ahead if possible as it gets busy....

¡El servicio de comida fue fantástico! Nos recibieron de manera increíblemente cálida y acogedora a pesar de que llegamos sin reserva y era hora punta. Pedimos el Tempranillo, gambas, croquetas y 2 filetes de corte japonés. El filete fue uno de los mejores que hemos probado en mucho tiempo; luego supimos que era de una vaca vasca de 10 a 14 años, ¡un sabor fenomenal! Gracias chicos, fue una experiencia fantástica. Came back to this place later in the week after trying some other restaurants. Both visits were faultless, everything is spot on. What else can I say.
