I have found this place on the Internet when I googled "best oysters in Paris" in French. This place came up as top spot. I called and reserved for the next day. Upon arrival we were met by the owner. He cultivates his oysters in the French region Cancal known to be one of the best regions in France for oysters if not the best.I asked him to suggest us as we are not big connoisseurs of oysters. He did, and my god, they were delicious and so fresh.He has two times delivery in the week. Therefore his oysters are always fresh.We had each 18 oysters (no 2s and 3s mainly) and also had still space for a dish of smoked wild salmon and cod Tarama and a desert each (special Brittany type deserts) which were also delicious.I recommend this place with whole my heart if you want to have great oysters with a warm smile from the owner. He speaks very good English as well.

Siete a Parigi e cercate un locale dove gustare le ostriche, quelle vere, le "sauvages" di Cancale senza dovervi svenare come accade nella gran parte dei ristoranti parigini?Questo è il posto che fa per voi.Scoperto grazie alla segnalazione di un'amica ci vado ormai tutte le volte che posso andare a Parigi.A dicembre anche due volte nel corso della stessa settimana.Vicino alla Gare de l'Est un localino per appena 16 coperti gestito, alternativamente, da padre e figlio, cortesissimi e professionali.Una dozzina di huitres no 0 e muscadet o anche, volendo, dell'ottimo salmone affumicatocon un conto incredibilmente competitivo rispetto alla media dei ristoranti parigini.Consigliatissimo!!!

Потрясающий ресторанчик в 100 метрах от станции метро Poissoniere.Устрицы свежайшие, вкуснейшие и по очень привлекательной цене - дюжина устриц N 1 стоит 21,40; N 2 - 18, 40; N 3 - 15,40 и т.д с разницой по 3 евро на размер. Бокал хорошего белого вина - 3 евро. Хозяин очень душевный и гостеприимный, хочется возвращаться сюда всегда.Учтите только, что по понедельник - выходной день, и с 15:00 до 16:00 перерыв.

Petit restaurant, très sympa ou nous choisissons la taille des huîtres et il n'y a qu'à déguster !!Attention il faut y aller pour manger uniquement des huîtres, ou une assiette de saumon. Rien d'autre à la carte !
