Poblano Mexican Grill

? RAW CHICKEN? Saturday March 26,2022 I ordered two salads with raw under cooked (chicken) meat. My mother and myself were sick to our stomach for the rest of the evening. I called the restaurant and informed the guy and asked to be refunded... I was told I had to come back to the restaurant if I want a refund. I was sick after consuming ?raw meat? my card should have been immediately refunded over the phone! Disgusting! Unsafe! Dangerous!

Giving 1 star Very disappointed related payment everytime facing the same issue always they try to gve you less money Today also they return me 6 dollar instead of 13 when I asked about the receipt they were like we are out of paper and when i count in front of them they first gve me only 2 dollar when i said loud then they were like ok here are rest So be aware *always* always check money when they gve you

We loved it so much we came back twice in one week! Decent spot and staple halal Mexican dishes. All meats for quesadillas/tacos are precooked so it takes 3-4 min for your food to be ready. Must see! They also have a location downtown Baltimore ????

I am not sure what is better between the food and the customer service. My first time visiting I met the owner and he provided a top tier experience. The food is authentic, flavorful, and the prices are great!!

Food was delicious. Unfortunately the owners kid was in the dining room watching videos on a phone so loud we couldn't have a conversation. Restroom was also out of service.
