Pochi Bubble Tea Cafe

The staff here is incredibly friendly, and the bubble tea and food are delicious! We tried a taro banana smoothie, black milk tea, garlic fries, and a popcorn chicken basket. The standout was definitely the taro banana smoothie, which had perfectly balanced flavors. I love that they seem to use real fruit in their smoothies. You can tell this place is a popular bubble tea destination, as there was a long line when we arrived. However, I was impressed by how quickly the staff served each customer. We were in and out with two drinks and two hot dishes in just 15 minutes. While waiting, you can enjoy one of the many board games available in the seating area. We ordered 10 items included orders of fries, bubble teas and chicken baskets total coming out about $59. When I got my order I received my bubble teas first then they said , Your food is coming up. Finally got my food and realized I only received 2 order of fries. I told them ,I did not get the rest of my order the fries and chicken baskets. The guy goes to get the said receipt and said , No we did not charge you for it. So why did it come out so much? They didn 't want to add things up again ripped me off. Their food and bubble teas are NOT good either. And expensive not worth your trip or money. They just throw your food in the bag. You will go out of business, quickly!!!

There shake thai tea was super delicious but when I went to shake it as you do with bubble tea it wasn't sealed all the way and i proceeded to get covered in tea. When I went In to have my cup resealed, they didn't even top it up nor did they offer a refund. As someone in the service Industry I can understand things being busy amd small things happen but I truely expected better service. No food after 9 and that’s what I was wanting, we got there at 10pm, but the drinks are good, except when it says shake it’s not really a shake, they have real ice cream so not sure why the shake wasn’t an ice cream shake. Whenever I visit a new town, I always search for boba tea. I discovered an amazing spot in Lynnwood that really impressed me. The taro and lychee flavored drink with boba was absolutely delicious—not too thick or too sweet, but just perfect. I love pochis!! I've been coming here for years. i do wish they would bring back the garlic fries with all that garlic and onions cooked in generous amounts of olive oil back in the edmonds location !!
