Within minutes, a waitress and a supervisor approached my table to confirm if I had ordered gluten-free due to a dietary requirement, since I hadn’t mentioned it before my meal was prepared. It truly makes me feel safe and appreciated to have such careful attention to my health needs.

We loved this place so much that we visited twice within 24 hours! The menu caters to all dietary needs, and the brunch offers a wide variety of options, making it perfect for large groups. There's some outdoor seating, a spacious bar, and even board games and timelines for entertainment. The food is excellent, but what truly stands out is the staff. Our 3rd visit sat outside as it was a bit noisy too dark for our liking. However ordered the food at the bar chose a mug of soup, sweet cheesy fries, panini filter coffee. The coffee arrived quickly must say it tasted just great . Not too strong but definitely not weak. The food arrived on time the soup was chicken spicy vegetable. The soup was really tasty we enjoyed our meal. Thank you

As soon as I requested the gluten-free menu, I was asked if it was for celiac disease, which was very reassuring. The gluten-free options didn't disappoint; there was plenty to choose from. The order was taken by a manager, and the food arrived clearly marked. Overall, it felt very safe, and I would definitely come back!

Poco Lounge is definitely worth visiting if you like very good food that is reasonably priced. A nice atmosphere with very friendly staff who seem genuinely happy to be working there , unlike a lot of places. I tried hot and cold coffee and they were both delicious, which is always a bonus.

had a brewdog here and no problem to try before they buy. pleasant atmosphere like the other loungebars I was in sutton coldfield and torquay.
