Point Burger New Berlin

Staff was great. Server was top notch. Made my own burger through their process. Everything looked good. The burger itself looked like it was boiled instead of grilled. Was soggy and did not look very appealing. Was for someone else's with a birthdayso did not say anything to spoil the mood. The area that we were sitting in was particularly HOT like there was no AC on inthat area. Was not busy due to start of State Fair.

John is an awesome waiter. Salmon entre as expected was cooked to health regulation specs. so to me, it was overcooked. I will definitely come back. There are more items I want to try on their extensive menu. There is a great variety of beers on tap including local craft beers. I just wonder why it took me so long to discover the PBB.

Compared to previous visits, quality of food has declined. Seemed tater tots and onion rings were over cooked and/or had freezer burnt. Kids Mac n cheese was awful and they forgot her chocolate milk. The waitress did not check on our table until we were done with meal. On a positive note we greatly enjoyed the Santa event!

The idea that you can go to a burger place and actually order what type of bread or bun you want and then the type of meat is an amazing concept. I was won over by their staff that was very pleasant and they even had a band playing outside for the outsideeaters. I will definitely be back again with my family!

For a burger joint you would think they made fresh burgers. They don't. Food was just ok, nothing special about it. The Prince impersonator they hired sucked.
