Poivre Rouge - Reserva de mesa

While passing through the region, I decided to stop for the night in Avranches and eat in this restaurant. What a surprise. Excellent welcome, very welcoming and classy waiter and waitress. I ordered pasta carbonaras, delicious. The only downside is the quantity which I found to be very small but the taste is there. To accompany this meal, two small beers from the restaurant, a treat, nothing better. And to finish, a red fruit tiramisu, a real treat. If you are passing through the region, don't hesitate to stop at this restaurant, it's the best of the best. I would come back if I come back to the area

Good brewery. The only downside: when receiving a tartare prepared with fries, no small leaf of accompanying salad on the plate. Add a small portion of fries and you get a rather lean plate. Whereas if we take other dishes accompanied by fries we have the salad.. A question of economy, the tartare is not expensive enough?? Kindly pointed out when paying at the checkout, the girl doesn't care at all... There you go. Otherwise decent dessert, nothing to say.

Very pleasant and helpful staff! Diverse and varied dishes, each as good as the next! Nice little background music! Superb wooded decoration! A perfect moment spent with my darling in this restaurant! You have to taste everything and above all recommend them, as much for drinking as for eating! PS: very few restaurants offer fresh fruit and chocolate fondue for dessert!!

It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant where you don't have to make a reservation and can be spontaneous... We were personally greeted when we entered the restaurant and taken to a free table, which we were also allowed to choose. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good food. Very disappointed, given the setting we expected better, the meat asked for rare, overcooked and hard, the fries half cold, the creamy chicken sauce was curd style, it was edible when mm, the waitress was very nice at the top , we didn't even have a small commercial gesture, we realize that everything is business now...

Friendliness of staff, speed of service, small musical atmosphere, spaced seating. Good food and choice for all tastes. We will surely come back.
