from southern Spain on the way to Great Britain over the French alps, we have experienced a rather uneven standard in these chain restaurants. we booked the ibis on the street and walked by to dinner. the restaurant is clean,...well furnished, well illuminated, contemporary, warm and welcoming. we were greeted by a worker as soon as we entered and the service was very good. it must be said that eating was from a very high standard - both in presentation and in content. both meals were delicious and we were impressed by everything. We stopped what seemed to us as close to the highway exit. warm welcome and we preferred the terrace at the beginning of the evening, the air conditioning was too low inside. arrived to a few people, fast service at the beginning after the shot started and I was forced to demand the order of the desserts that, on the other hand, arrived very quickly. Little flat that made us laugh, we called the waiter to ask him for the desserts, he scratched us from one you chose? and ... he went away to take the order of another table. good restaurant, staff is pleasant and handy. We were able to choose our table but it comes from the fact that there were few people because of the health crisis unfortunately. Regarding the dishes, the whole was good except the tin which contained a little too much fat, and very slightly warm (the sauce warmed the meat) the onion soup had a little taste of water and the cooking was mixed (my spouse had my cooking and I had cooking) from which the star was less. near the ibis budget we enjoyed our meal. we noticed that most people have chosen the menu of the day at 15 euro, that was 3 courses with a escape from the buffet. we chose from the menu and we were both too...ful for dessert! my cheese tartin star was very good and for all my companions had the ripening and I had the braided gay in honey, that was really delicious. we had a 10% discount, as we were guests in the ibis and the bill 43 euro for 2 courses with drinks and coffee.
