I eat pokawa fairly regularly and food remains good but service... a disaster! They are 4 on the stand, 1 in 4 terminal that works and only a person doing the service. The queue starts to swell and the last control terminal also starts to get tired and it’s up to our customers to have to suggest to waiters to open their boxes to go faster (which logically should have been done before). The box finally opened, one of the waitress takes 1 order, 2 orders etc... while the other waitress prefers to clean (weak hygiene measures) while a few minutes before it did nothing and no order is prepared... 30 minutes for a pok is very long! I have never waited so much elsewhere... Recommended sign but not...
After a very bad experience with the hygiene of Pokawa, I gave a chance at Pokawa in Val d'Europe, 7 months later. Always disappointed. Unrespected order, catastrophic hygiene and unpleasant employees at the highest point. It's over for me I wouldn't spend the euro creek on their sign. I strongly advise you this place without hygiene and respect from employees. I really like the concept and the Pokes proposed. Easy terminal controls and fast service. Price a little high, normal seen the place. Very nice welcome.
