Today, I placed a pick-up order. My husband's meal was fine, but mine was incomplete—it was missing ginger, sesame seeds, tobiko, and masago. The sauce also tasted different from what I usually get. I called the restaurant to let them know, and a very sweet hostess asked me to send a photo of my order, which I did. I have dined in and ordered takeout from Poke Burrito several times since my last review, and I’ve also shared some photos. The service continues to be friendly and attentive, though it does seem like they are a bit short-staffed. This time, I tried the Maki Dinner—it was alright, but I probably wouldn’t order it again. My fiancée had the Spicy Miso Chicken, and the spices were fantastic—definitely spicy and with a unique kick compared to other ramen places we've visited. Overall, Poke Burrito offers a great menu with fresh ingredients, quick service, and generous portions, especially their Sushi Burritos, which are loaded with fresh tuna and salmon. Highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my meal! The tonkotsu ramen and poke that my friend and I ordered were absolutely fantastic. The ramen broth was rich and thick, which I truly appreciated. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, making it a lovely option for a date. The maki rolls were a bit on the small side, but the other dishes came in generous portions, so I left feeling satisfied! Overall, it was a great value for the price. As for parking, there's a free lot nearby with a three-hour limit, conveniently located close to Starbucks!
I was forced to give this place one star because there's nothing lower. Been here twice (because I believe in second chances in case it was an off day) absolutely not. Service is horrendous. Terrible. The food is really not good at all. Please avoid spending your money and TIME waiting on your food to be ready. It'll take over 45 min to get anything here.

They included all the sauces inside the burrito instead of serving them on the side as I requested, which made the sushi burrito a bit soggy. Other than that, I’ve ordered from here many times before, and the food is fantastic when they get it right.
Love this place you get three base proteins and then you can add more protein for $3/add-on.I love salmon and veggies, ponzu sauce, crunchy stuff.We order here at least 2x a month to get delivered to MG. ?
The fish was spoiled, and now I feel unwell. I ended up having to throw away most of it, which is really disappointing because this was meant to be a special Mother's Day treat for me.
Sushi was too sweet, bulgogi tasted old and dry, and the ramen was similar to instant ramen. Way overpriced for the less than stellar quality received.

I wish affordable poke like this was available in Grand Rapids, MI. They offer a great variety of options to satisfy any poke craving.
Excellent amazing food and service. The chef took the time to make our experience a unique one.
