All my friends that order after me got their poke first, so i wondered after 25min what was going on to discover there was a problem in the system and my order did not went through. So I asked a refund while they spoke with the boss as i only had 15min left to eat as i needed to go back to school and told me to send an email to get my money back. I said also i could show the receipt to get it done there as it showed everything i had ordered the reply?: “sorry we are quite busy right now”. I think problem could have been solved very easy and fast.
