I had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon, the service was great, the space was relaxing and clean, and the food… The food was outstand, one of the best meals I have ever had. The sushi was impressive, so fresh and so well balanced. But I will say, and I do not say this lightly, the Kobe Burger was hands down the best burger I have had. It was cooked to perfection, and the flavors of the beef mixed with the onions and cream just blew me away.
i got the sushi boat for 2 for boyfriend’s birthday, the staff was awesome and the chef’s were super accommodating for anything you specifically don’t want in the sushi boat. the chef’s choice sushi was incredible and had some flavors i never would have thought to try, but i’m so glad i did. the atmosphere is intimate, the restaurant itself is pretty small and a large portion of it is taken up by the bar. we will definitely be coming again!
Excellent, True Sushi, Top grade. Full quality cuts place on traditional size rice and at perfect temperatures. Rolls were excellent, with awesome sauces. All appropriate portions! Fresh Ginger with great sides, Miso soup was great along with excellent salads. Atmosphere was great! Usual city parking with a short walk, I would recommend a reservation.
We showed up late on a busy night and were lucky enough to sit right in front of the sushi chefs. Those guys deserve a sixth star, the flavors and textures were perfect. The music is too loud and grating. I felt like I had to scream my order. Not conducive to dinner conversation. The dressing for the salad is flat and tasted like it came from a bottle. I won't be back.
Great iced tea, good atmosphere, broad statement on food is the core ingredients (fish, rice, nori) were meh, but sauces were flavorful. Go for a roll with eel sauce or spicy sauce.
Delicious! Friendly Service! Would be 5 stars, but would suggest adding another bar tender. Drinks took a while.
