When this Ladera location first opened, we had never been to a restaurant like this. The customer service was amazing and they helped us pick the best combination. The food was fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced, along with the excellent customer service experience. I have become a repeat customer because of this. Today, I ordered online from them through DoorDash and wanted an update on my food. When I called, I found out that the DoorDash driver had picked up my food a long time ago but did not deliver it to me. This was a bummer, but it was not Pokeworks fault. They were very genuine in assisting the situation, remade my order, and promptly got me a fresh and delicious lunch. I will...

Absolutely terrible service. Just saw another review about the blond girl working in front. We ended up walking out after building half of a bowl. It was our first time so we weren?t familiar with the process. We frequent several other poke places in the area and will never return here. What a terrible attitude and horrific customer service. If this were my business she would be fired.

This new establishment is working hard to introduce themselves into the Ladera community with a great cuisine of fresh poke that is absolutely delicious. I had never tried it and once you do that Umami depth of flavors is something you?ll crave? the staff is friendly and helpful and my experience proved that is a priority for the team they are building.. pop into Pokeworks

We have been going to the Pokeworks in Dana Point because we love it but now we are so excited there is a new location in Ladera Ranch. We were just in yesterday and it amazing. The portions are very generous, fresh poke, a huge variety of ingredients, and the staff was so helpful and kind. You have to check it out!! Reserva una mesa ahora

The Poke Burrito at this restaurant is superb! The fish and ingredients are of high quality, and you have the option to choose between a bowl, roll, or burrito. I also highly recommend trying the garlic musubi and coco mango haupia - they are delicious!

Got a bowl with Kale Pasta, and was very pleasantly surprised! Delicious and fresh fish, and my wife got the spam musabi which she really enjoyed. Fast and friendly service, highly recommended to try it out!
