Honestly a little disappointed. Order was slightly wrong as I missed half of my base and the bowl was just sad to look at. I'm a bit spoiled with fresh fish in Seattle so there may be strong bias and my standards for poke may not reflect the average San Francisco experience. Spicy Ahi with Half Rice and Half Salad actually just half rice and no salad. The amount of rice was a bit pathetic. Fish wasn't super fresh. Masago roe was stuck together, almost frozen and also firm. Disappointed a bit overall but it's a good snack with the amount, I guess. The food's good.... WHEN THEY GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. It's happened too many times that something with my order is wrong. It's frustrating not worth the headache.Get your poke from a different place!!

I ordered the salad poke bowl with 3 proteins and asked to torch the protein. WOW that was delicious! Torching your fish brings a such nice flavor. You should definitely try!

love the self-service tablets and how many add-ons are available. vegan ingredients are characterized. but bowls are expensive.
