Dougie is a staple of the neighborhood and I'm so happy his son took over for him after his retirement. I wish them many more years of success. The sausage is always cooked to perfection and if you're on the run this is the place to go. As a truck driver i'm able to call in get my order and keep on moving. You will never leave hungry from one of these homemade masterpieces.
I rarely write reviews for food trucks, but this is my first. I ordered the sausage with onions and peppers, along with a stuffed knish. Wow, absolutely amazing! The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the prices very reasonable. I highly recommend Policano’s Italian Sausage—this will definitely be my regular spot from now on!

The sausage and pepper sandwiches are simply incredible! They're cooked flawlessly and served on tasty bread. The knishes are superb, too!
