Utterly disgusted with the complete lack of customer care. It's my birthday today and my sister wanted to take me out for a nice vegan meal. My sister wanted to try something different from the menu and saw that they did vegan French toast. Looked gorgeous when it came out but one bite in and realised it was made with egg. My sister is not the angry confrontational type of person and gingerly went up to ask if that was actually vegan. Jyoti, the owner, response was so shocking. Instantly she just got defensive and said that, no, it wasn't vegan and she can't just presume we wanted a vegan option and if we wanted another one we'd have to pay for it. First the good news. Bearing in mind that I am a meat eater, this vegetarian/vegan restaurant managed to provide wonderful food which satisfied all my needs. We went for the $30 a head Feed Me offer and they really did. Fantastic value and so tasty. I was so full I had to carry my belly out.Special thanks for the effort made to cater for one of our party with a serious bowel condition. Her meal was prepared after a Q & A session from which they invented a meal so good (and big) that a takeaway container was needed for the half she was unable to eat. I recently visited Pollen for a girlfriend's birthday. A small group of us were looking for a tasty brunch and Pollen had a beautiful looking menu. Originally we were served by a male who was very friendly and helpful, however we soon became busy serving others and instead our order was taken by a female staffer. Now, we are not easily offended people, by any means. However, in the time it took to take our order, this staff member made three comments that made us feel uncomfortable and we were left feeling plain awkward. Not wanting to bear that level of discomfort for the next hour we quickly cancelled out order (to the poor, unsuspecting male who looked terribly confused) and made haste. I...

First time visit for brunch on a public holiday. Very tasty breakfast. Enjoyed our meals thoroughly. Each bite was full of flavour. Rustic and relaxed, A typical vibes with a bohemian artsy feel. Non-Vegetarians would still enjoy as servings are very substantial with flavour in every bite. Staff were alert and overall quite good, however a tad abrupt in an indirect manner. I would return. Terrible customer service. I came here on the recommendation of friends, and left extremely disappointed. Staff ignored me completely and it was almost as if I was irritating them when I asked for a menu. I left without ordering anything shortly after. Sad as I had high hopes.

An impromptu lunch on a Sunday by my husband and I and we just LOVED IT! The staff are friendly, helpful and happy natured, the food was DEVINE (fresh ingredients, wonderful flavors) and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We shall return again and work our way through the menu!
