During my visit, I requested to purchase a combo meal without any sides. However, the staff member serving me was insistent that I add sides to my order, despite my clear preference. Yesterday I went for the first time and I was guided by the time here 9PM since I wanted to eat at the restaurant. I arrived at 7:45PM and they told me that there were only takeout orders because they were going to close. While they were delivering my order there were people who were just serving it. So I don't know why we couldn't eat there? 5 minutes later, about 8 people arrived and had to leave since they also wanted to eat in the restaurant but they could no longer be served. I recently visited a Pollo Campero location and was accidentally charged for an item during a mid-week promotion. After reaching out to customer service, I was connected with the manager, Mr. Gilbert, who promptly addressed my concerns. Mr. Gilbert was attentive and eager to ensure that the mistake would not be repeated, and he provided a satisfactory resolution to the issue. I always enjoy visiting Pollo Campero for their delicious offerings, clean environment, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere. Chicken was so dry,yuca fries was hard to bite I couldn’t eat those yuca fries i visited on New York and what about bad experience I have at this location I always go to charlotte location and over there is better that chicken then over here this is so dry over there that chicken is juicy this chicken was terrible and customer service suck I had to ask for utensils when I have rice and beans two I supposed to eat with my finger ? I was charged $5.00 for a St Jude's cup without my consent when I asked for a large drink costing $3.00. When I explained that I had not ordered the St Jude cup initially and only wanted a large drink, the staff member insisted that the difference in price was due to the cup. Despite my protests, she offered to change the cup or process a return. This experience felt shady and disrespectful, especially considering that I am a healthcare worker. It seemed as though the staff member assumed I would not care about the price, which was incredibly rude.

Excellent camper service, very delicious, the food they offered me the new promotion, the manager who took care of me was very friendly, everything was excellent, the time is very fast, the orders are given very quickly, the staff is very friendly, very efficient, I tried one of the drinks, they are delicious with this one. heat

Gilbert the manager was upset I had a bad experience he has just taken over. When I went in there today you have to be buzzed in excellent security upgrade. But he remembered me and stood on principle and re did my entire order. I think he’s just what this location needed. I will be back

You have to ring a doorbell so an employee can let you in, sometimes they take a while ro unlock the door.
