Worst pollo ever! Don?t order from here. I ordered online because my boyfriend doesn?t like certain things and we always end up with onions and tomatoes in his food. Ordered 2 tropichops and his came totally wrong. The ?shredded chicken? is just regular chicken pieces. The drive through people were so rude and after waiting inside for 15 minutes with nobody being helped we went to the drive through. We said hi i have a mobile order and she said it?s not ready without even asking my name. We get to the window and after getting an attitude from the girl our food miraculously was done. So not worth it. Don?t waste your time and money here.

I made an order online for 2 whole chickens, specifically asked not to cut the chickens. I asked for no cutting, because there are still missing pieces from the chicken, like legs or quarters. I put an order for 8 breads and there was no bread in my pocket when I came home. Ordnete crabs and waited 10 minutes and no one came to my car had to go inside, I thought it could be because they don't have enough people that are understandable at that time, but they had more than enough people just talking. Terrible service.

Good food, but the service is bad. I come to lunch and always order online before you leave the office. My order is never ready when I arrive, I mean NIE! Today I ordered 1:07 and I finally went with my meal at 1:40. The Fast Food Restaurant is not fast. Maybe you're lucky if you're lucky by the drive-thru. The same lady who takes orders, packs the orders. The other workers will not even look at you alone, ask how they can help you and they all have an attitude. Terrible!

Terrible service, I understand that they are under the staff, but there is not reason to be mean and rude, an order on the line and my food was an hour after the email said my order was ready, the checkout was the only nice and half apologetic, 15 people came over the store and they took care of them first when I was, and my 3 dishes were keviche! It was a pre done, it was just to put it on a bowl! And it was a very bad quality.
