They screwed up the transit order by letting a dessert out of the order when I came home, discovered that they did not only leave this article, but did not give me the other two desserts I had already paid for. Drove back to Pollo Tropical, explains her multiple mistakes, and politely asked to see the manager. They wanted to ask, but I was told that manager Karen said she was too busy to talk to me. Another employee asked, but the answer from Karen was too busy to talk to customers. Staff there said managers don't talk to customers when they're busy. Incredible!!!

Now Pollo Tropical has always been my favorite place to eat rice and beans and so far they have not disappointed me ever since. But now this meal took it to another level of great food. The Guac Tropi-Chop has to be the best tropichop they have so far. It has chicken or steak and guacamole all over the rice and beans. You have to try it with a guava Tropi-Chiller which was also great. Everything from the fried yuca to the sauce was amazing. Easily rate this a 10/10 for great food and price, freshness, and fast.

I ordered 2 trio meals that supposed to have sausage, chicken and pork. Both meals came with NO PORK. One meal had a burned chicken and burned sausage. The other one had undercooked chicken that tasted raw. The WORST POLLO TROPICAL EVER

I was in this place for a few wraps and 4 leches, it was 8:33 pm while it should open up to 10 pm, there was no chicken and kitchen was cold and clean. It should be all menu ready to close by time.

The taste was good, but the chicken was extremely dry! I couldn't even finish my meal! All just an average fast food place if you need a quick bite
