Pollo Tropical - Reserva de mesa

This is the second time I have not received black beans on my Tropichop order. The first time, I got the regular Tropichop which had very little food and was mostly corn. Today, I ordered the Large Tropichop all the way, but it also had mostly corn and lacked the proper amount of food. I won’t be ordering from this Pollo Tropical again. This restaurant used to be good, but now it is not up to par. I tried calling ahead multiple times to ensure they included black beans, but no one answered the phone. First time at this Pollo Tropical. I decided to try the crispy chicken. First, they gave me steak which I would have taken but the server realized her mistake and made me another Tropichop. The steak has an upcharge so I get why she didn 't give it to me but still I hate that it was wasted. I ended up disappointed with the chicken. It tasted good but if you are going to call something crispy , it should actually be crispy. My chicken was just breast meat with soggy breading. I have advertised a great looking salad, with salad, tomatoes, with a beautiful piece of steak cut up with avocado. There was an employee outside who made orders in our cars. I mentioned the salad I advertised and he said: No, we didn't, but you can get the tropics with salad instead of rice. I told him I wanted salad and tomatoes with steak and avocado. He said they had 2 sizes, I asked how big it was, he said his pretty big, so I decided to do it. When I came home and opened my salad, I was very disappointed! Did not include the salsa at all. Gave hardly any beans whatsoever. The yuca was cold and disgusting, seemed like it was laying out for hours or days. The plantains were slimey and disgusting as well. Overall, food was horrible. Ive been there before and this was by far the worst they have done. Reserva una mesa ahora

Okay, that's rare that I ever had a problem eating in Pollo, but I brought my stepmother there for the first time and she ordered a Quesadilla and it literally had small mistakes creeping inside. She'll never eat there again.

Two times in a row no pickles on the Cuban sandwich and the second time it was not pickles or mustard sauce. It's a simple sandwich, it's not hard. The quality of the service in this place has moved down. Wouldn't recommend.
