Pollo Tropical - Reserva de mesa

The manager Miss Tahiri Ramirez gave me an excellent service yesterday, Jan 24th, 2024. I wanted to order some food for catering and wasn’t able to place the order online. She went above and beyond to make it happen in a matter of minutes. That was food for over 20 people!!! Delicious food, fast and accurate service and affordable prices. Thank you again Pollo Tropical and thank you Miss Tahiri Ramirez.

The location was only ok. The restaurant itself was not very aesthetically appealing, but the food was delicious and the portions were HUGE! I ordered the trio with a side of plantains.
