Pollo Tropical - Reservar una mesa

My usual is her chicken soup, but I wanted to try something else. After greeting a male employee behind the counter, I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with an individual side of Fritten and a frozen Pina Colada. Once I received my food, a female employee told me that the frozen beverage machine did not work and should wait for the manager to get a refund. After waiting for five minutes, I asked the manager if I could flanch... it was the same price as the drink... even exchange. I sat at an available table to eat my food and was literally unimpressed as the food looked. The chicken breast was crispy, but the sandwich was pressed. Why would you press a chicken sandwich? It's not a panini and it's not tasteful like any. There were neither toppings nor sauce added to the sandwich... it was just Blande. For the fries it looked like I was serving the lower carvings. The pommes looked almost burned, tasted dry and salty. I just placed the sandwich and fries back into the bag. I add some Bbq sauce to the sandwich to make it at least enjoyable when I come home. The only thing I enjoy was the flan. Although it was small for $3, it was creamy sweet. I think I'll stay with the soup when I decide to eat at Pollo Tropical. You can't screw this up because it's already done.

Wasn't too happy with my food. The chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. I'm getting food from this place all the time. Latley the food wasn't good at all. I'm not going anymore. It's sad because we pay so much for our food. The dining room has also been closed for months and the ride is always packed. Today I wait almost 30 minutes. In the line..? I hope they get things straight ahead.
