Pollo Tropical - Reserva de mesa

Great until it was time to receive my order. I requested that Ana put some of the avocado sauce over my tropi chop. Not only did she ignore my request but walked away. I had to have another team member fulfill my request. After leaving and realizing that no one gave me the lemonade that I ordered I returned. When I requested a simple size up grade for the inconvenience of having to return do to their failure to give my complete order Ana refuse. Yet before I received my order I witnessed Ana accommodate another Hispanic customer. I feel that I was denied my request due to my race. As a U.S. Army veteran I find this very troubling even if I wasn't a veteran.

I went Tuesday July 5 at around 9:00 pm and used the drive thru. The young man at the window forgot to give me the paper bag with the beans inside that was included in my order. I even asked him if my order was complete and he said yes. I realized that once I was home. When I went back, the same guy gave me a nasty attitude when I asked for the beans that he had forgotten. Ive been to that Pollo for many years, never had such a bad experience.

use food to be fresh and good, but visit the last two I can't say. I ordered the three times and the meat was burned and avocado slices on the side and was given a half of an avocado total (not cut) and I bought the steak bowl 2 times and it has only 4 small slices steak and a little yellow rice and no chimichurri. sn is the worse thing it was today! They never put objects on them, and the food was burned today. This is my last time here!

I love all Pollo Tropical Restaurants!!! IF you have not tried them yet nor never-ever eaten food cooked at these chain of restaurants, then you are missing out. The original flavor and smell of chicken cooked on the grill is an advertiser alone, mouthwatering before placing your order. There 's so much food to choose from, eat and enjoy, and many drinks too. I try to like pollen tropical because eating is good, but the service is terrible. I have posted an order online, late show up to give them extra time, and still wait at the end another 20 minutes. although the personal tries, there are definitely some management / logistics problem. always a huge back to eat

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Just a mess in the Kitchen. Took nearly 30 minutes to get one platter prepared. 7 workers behind the counter and not very efficient. Move onto another chicken stand. Don't waste your time. Garbage littered throughout the seating area. Just an unkept place.

This is the slowest and worst location ever. They took forever almost 20 minutes for a tropi chop. And there were no chimi churro for the steaks no sauces. They’re always lacking. Never coming back again due to the fact that I was on a lunch break. They are too slow.

the customer service is amazing. eat well cooked. Unfortunately, the IT types need to look at printers and scanners. too much time to wait customers in the line only for taking and because scanners do not work. Reserva una mesa ahora

As a college student on a tight budget, I recently enjoyed a ¼ Chicken Value Meal with two sides for just $3.99. Given the current economy, I believe this is the best deal around!

the food was good. I had the redisserie chicken. it was a lot. the black beans were also a lot. I had enough to eat twice. clean restaurant. nice staff.
