This is the worst Pollo tropical in Florida. We are local to Coral Springs and we try to go here and every time hope it will be better than the last time, but it is a terrible experience every single time. Today, the steak was as hard as a rock in the grillmaster trio. My children’s chicken ok the tropichop was also super dry. They refused to eat it. The garlic sauce containers contained 1/2 a tablespoon of sauce in them. I understand cutting costs, but this is not the way to do it. My dog wouldn’t even eat the churrasco. This is unacceptable. The fact that this place is still open in Coral Springs is a shame. I’m going to do everything in my power to get this place shut down, including repo...
