The food: Very good! The omelette was everything I was wanting and the coffee was actually pretty good. The hashbrowns were also very good. The toast wasn't dry, but it was crispy. The service: Very friendly and accommodating. Frank was our server and he was attentive, the right level of chatty, and got all of our orders correct. The hostess was also swift and well organized. The atmosphere: Pretty cool. Restrooms are clean and stocked, while the main interior has kitschy decor which is just right for this type of place. Great for the family or friends!

Update I got really great service this time, above and beyond. The food was also excellent I got a salmon dinner.and asked if they could use one of their gluten free bun for the bread, and they did! I will start coming here regularly again. Usually this Polly's is great, I had a bad experience here recently though. There was obviously plenty of seating, the place was half empty, but I was told there was a 5 10 minute wait and the hostesses were acting like they were annoyed. I understand if they're understaffed but they should at least seat people.

Great spot! Food with decent The pie was amazing, service was great. Only negative was front desk gentleman who may have been the manager or something seemed annoyed and angry. The servers and staff were great just disappointed any initial introduction anytime we had to interact with him but thumbs up either than that

The banberry pie is to die for. Trust me I'll be going for seconds.At first I was sceptical about the combo of fruits but after that first slice I knew I found thee bestest pie. And to all Happy Thanksgiving 2023 Reserva una mesa ahora

As we were walking in, we had to wait 5 mins before the manager came and told the employees to assist us. Staff felt forced, but not good customer service food was good WILL NOT COME BACK

My wife and I just had a late lunch here. Our food was good and are server Tony was exceptional. Very pleasant and professional. Very nice experience!
